Packaging report 2025 - Deadline: 28th February 2026

Every year, the deadline for submitting your packaging report on Valbase Online is set for the end of February. For the 2025 report, the deadline therefore falls on Saturday, 28th February 2026. 

Automated process for contractual penalty

Since 2025, the process of invoicing the contractual penalty (equivalent to 1% of the annual contribution, with a minimum of EUR 50) is automated. 

Here are the practical details: 

- Reminders: If we do not receive your annual report, you will receive up to 3 reminders from us. 

- Contractual Penalty: If we still have not received your report after the 3rd reminder, an invoice for the contractually agreed penalty will be issued automatically.
