1. Luxembourg Enterprises

In principle, it is the Party Responsible for the Packaging that signs a contract with VALORLUX. It is the person who effectively puts packaging on the Luxembourg market e.g. manufacturers, importers, and people packaging at the point of sale.

2. Foreign Companies

VALORLUX also gives foreign suppliers the possibility to become members in lieu of their Luxembourg customers. For the time being, the foreign company takes all contract obligations vis-à-vis VALORLUX but the legal liability is still on the Luxembourg company Responsible for the Packaging.

3. SME’s

VALORLUX had devised some particular declaration procedures for small businesses selling a wide range of products with a limited number of employees. This facility is granted under certain conditions only and against an additional 35% cost.

4. Federations and Associations

Finally, VALORLUX gives the possibility to professional associations and federations to become members by means of a sector-based declaration. This declaration form is specifically adapted to the concerned sector and is granted on certain conditions only.
