Declaration for wine and spirits

The declaration of wine and alcoholic beverage packaging placed on the market can be alleviated thanks to the setting of an average weight per type of containers which corresponds to the standard references used by customs and duties.

A detailed declaration is required for any product falling out of the scope of the standard references, as well as for any packed product which does not belong to the wine and alcoholic beverage category.

Reusable packaging is not submitted to the obligation to collect. Declaring this type of packaging is optional.
